This Ordinance repeals the live above tioned Ordinances. It re-enacts Section & of
"Ordinance 2 of 1844 with a slight alteration viz : - The declaration required from the Printer is to be made before the Registrar of the Supreme Court and not before the Chief "Magistrate of Police and it is to contaire the nauses 're of the proprietor of papection
the
Section 2 is re-enaded, but the prevally is reduced by fixing the maximum of the five at $1,000, and the maximum duration of imprisonment at six monthe
Sections 44 & 6 are substantially re- enacted by Section 21 of the new ordinance and Section 5 of the old Ordinance by Section of of the new.

Section "I is replaced by Section 13 of
the new Ordinance which aubodies the provisions of 2+3 Vic: ch: 12 Sec: 2 and 32.33 Vict cap. 24 sch.
Section 8 is re-enacted by Section 19 of this Ordinance with a reduction in the penalty.
As regards Ordinance 16 of 1860 the whole of it save Section 10 is re-deacted by Sections 14, 15, 166, 17124 of the new Ordinance and Sec: 18 of the new Ordinance replaces the above mentioned Section 10. Sections 7,8,9,10 41] are new de they introduce for the first time into our law the provisions of 44 +45 Vic.
